The vertical takeoff and landing system of their T-20 and T-16 fixed wing UAVs allows the plane to make vertical takeoff using A multi-rotor design built into the aircraft wings. Once the plane is high enough in the air the front motor of the aircraft takes over and converts the plane from hover to forward flight. Really, when you think about it, a very logical design.
